He is unregistering voters without their knowledge. He has a website for people to UNREGISTER OTHER PEOPLE from voting. So you can unregister any Democrat that you know the personal details of. After someone is unregistered, Georgia sends snail mail to that unregistered person that looks like "junk mail" that the person has to open, reply to and then send back in order to stay registered. Because it has been designed to look like "junk mail," folks are throwing it out without reading it. Brian Kemp tried to say it was to unregister people who have passed away, but the state gets those records regularly. He is unregistering voters without their knowledge.
