Republicans and Democrats used neoliberalism where you are no longer a citizen in a country with rights and responsibilities, to a consumer who has to purchase the right life too bad if you don't have a trust fund. If you are watching friends and family die from easily treated medical conditions, if you have no choices and you feel a despair that you might as well burn the place to the ground so someone is punished, even if themselves.
