  1. Really courts are not powerful? 64,000 rapes occurred from rapes in the red states that have abortion bans. There is also the fact that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriages. Before Roe vs Wade these women often used to die, if they weren't white and rich. Maybe Roe vs Wade hasn't put your two lives on the line but the maternal death rate for Black women is the highest in the OECD. (This was true before Roe was overturned can you imagine how much worse it is now). Sometimes your privilege stops you from seeing the deeper issues which urgently needs discussion.
