Then they have to "volunteer" to qualify for food stamps. 60% of Americans are reading and writing at a 6th Grade level this means that they haven't progressed from concrete to abstract thinking and don't know who Murdoch is or what he owns. This contributes to a close race. If you are working 6-7 days a week you don't have time to read the news. If you have low literacy you can not discern what is going on. Corporate media is owned by Trump donors who want their Trump tax cuts. They have their journalists sanewashing Trump's comments. Combined with Intergenerational Trauma, poverty, illiteracy, and sanewashing by mainstream media are further reasons why folks are voting for Trump and the race is close.
