  1. No the judge wasn't biased, he offered Trump accommodations that no person who was not as rich and powerful as Trump would EVER be offered. And he published those extra accommodations on the court website. A ordinary person would have been been in jail months ago for making such threats. Trump was treated with kid gloves.

Through email with counsel the judge allowed three opportunities for Trump to agree to not lie, bring up irrelevant information, threaten or give a campaign speech. Trump's counsel missed all three deadlines. This was posted on the court website for all to see. Why wasn't these emails part of your news video so both sides could be examined? Three times Trump was offered this extraordinary opportunity to speak within guidelines (like not threatening court workers) and he would not agree not to lie, give misinformation or not do a campaign speech. The judge discusses this at length in the emails which Sky could have gotten off the court website. Trump's lawyers didn't check the box for the jury trial. Anyone else who behaved like Trump did would have been in jail months ago. Definitely a two tiered justice system. One for the rich and one for everyone else. The statute Trump was being prosecuted under didn't require harm, a victim or intent, so Sky is misrepresenting the actual court case proceedings themselves.
