  3. Voter suppression and racial gerrymandering really needs a big public campaign. Many folks didn't get a chance to vote. In Florida felons have just jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops to be able to vote again. A lot didn't get a choice about voting.

  4. That has already happened. A whole group of women did sue because what was defined as life threatening was too vague, as their doctors were too scared to treat them. They court said no it wasn't and tossed it out.

Women have been jailed for having miscarriages and they are talking about using the death penalty on women who attempt to have abortions. Even women who have had a normal spontaneous abortions have been been subject legal processes and denied treatments and died. If you have twins and one has no brain, if you don't remove it immediately then the other twin will die. The delay in treatment, waiting until there is no heartbeat means both twins die.
