  7. Where did you get your medical degree? As a teacher I taught many students with stuttering. Biden has served for 50 years and he has stuttered the whole time. My students would freeze in debates, it happens. Biden's debate was terrible but a bad debate does not indicate dementia. I looked after a family member with dementia for five years. If you have the skills it's not hard to tell the difference. Biden has a life long speech impediment.
