Unlike America, Taiwan does not have one million dead either. They were expected to have one of the highest death rates in the world because they had flights directly from Wuhan. You masked in your car in order not to infect someone vulnerable getting into your car such as an elderly person or if you did not want to get infected if someone who was positive had used the car earlier. Common sense reasons really. It was misinformation that children weren't adversely affected by Covid. They died and got Long Covid. At one point in Texas they announced that for your child to get a hospital bed another child had to die.

Out of those 5005 using puberty blockers, not all of them will be on for gender affirming care, a number will be on them to prevent 'Precocious puberty' which is when children's bodies begin to change into adult bodies too soon. This change is known as puberty. With careful monitoring there is no damage to the child's body and they go off the puberty blockers at age 11 or 12.
