Or because their are fetal anomalies that mean that the baby has no brain activity. Recently there was a case where one twin died so to save the other twin, there had to be an abortion of the dead twin. That woman had to travel out of state. To demonise these abortions is the cruellest thing. Women who lose their pregnancy at 8 months are heartbroken. Sometimes a relationship does not survive the loss. Those women can have feelings of wanting to die the loss is so devastating. To pretend that they are common and for "birth control" is deceptive, callous and full on disinformation.
