  4. The only thing I will say is that the line for rape can be blurry. While I was really drunk I had consensual sex with a really drunk girl. Totally consensual but it’s possible she would have denied me if she was sober. So does that make me a rapist? I think there is a point to be made that sometimes consensual sex is called rape when it most definitely is not
