  1. Activist judges and magistrates have existed in South Australia for 50 years that began in the decadent Dunstan decade. Dunstan sidelined any magistrate or judge that actually handed out proper sentences and replaced them with politically appointed leftest softies. That scenario continues to this day. Criminals laugh at the soft sentences they are given.
