  1. Sadly we don't get the Passat wagon here in the US and our Passat, built in America, gets little love from VW. It's larger and cheaper than the European Passat and comes up short against other mainstream midsize sedans. I'd purchase an upscale Passat or Arteon "estate" wagon in a heartbeat but American SUV-crazy consumers have killed off virtually every mainstream wagon except the Outback. And ironically Subaru has banned the use of the term "wagon" in reference to the Outback in favor of "SUV."
