@kunalmj If you think you can actually purchase a base model Genesis G70 for $35K, much less with a dealer discount, you must be shopping at a secret dealer location. Simply looking at MSRP's has almost nothing to do with actual real world purchases, especially for luxury brands that advertise "starting at" MSRP's meant to lure customers to show rooms where they'll typically find that the base model they're looking for "was just sold yesterday. Would you like to look at what we have in stock at $10,000 more?" Luxury manufacturers don't stock many (if any) base models because there is little demand and profits are almost non-existent. It's a marketing tool for the manufacturer and dealer, not a realistic purchasing price for a consumer. According to cars.com there are exactly 15 Genesis G70 base vehicles for sale in the entire United States (out of more than 2400 total). And I strongly suspect that you'll find that no more than two of those are actually sitting on a dealer lot today.
