  1.  @TomRocksable  It's more that it is based entirely around retribution rather than rehabilitation, characterised by obscene sentencing, and heavily and inextricably linked with issues of mental health. There is seemingly no interest in the actual function of a justice system, which should be to foster a healthy, safe society.
