Hi. I'm a maths lecturer. I've had research published multiple times. I lecture undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervise research projects, run numerous seminars and conferences, and continue to conduct research. How much do you think I get paid for this? How much do you think I should be paid for this?

Not a difficult question - when they became teachers and nurses the pay was acceptable. Now they're facing severe pay cuts, it's not.

UK didn't invade Ukraine. Russia did.

It's not about "earning more than others" but whether the pay is acceptable for the work being done.
