  1. If the perception of time is speeding up than that means our brains are slowing down. If our brains would become faster that would mean the perception of time would slow down. It's like juggling. For a beginning juggler the balls go very fast. But after years of practicing the juggler perceives the same speed as slow because his brains process the movement of the balls faster. So I think modern technology makes our brains slow down.
