  2. Breaking news! The Netherlands want people to test themselves at home. When they test positive, they have to do a PCR test. So my conclusion is: a negative home test proofs your not contagious. Idea: Test at home. When negative test again in front of the restaurant 'guardian'. Vaxxed or not, Pass or not, no-one will enter the building while being contagious.
