@Lonovavir I’m a Millennial all the same and I prefer physical. When I bought my PS5 last year I bought the disc version. Why? Because I want a library of PS5 games. There’s so many risks involved in doing everything digital. You lose your account, your account gets banned, or the company decides to delist a series of media (tv shows, movies, video games, etc). You lost everything associated with that account. Most digital services still don’t allow refunds. Physical is going away, and what is replacing it is something far worse than bits of digital media.

This was the mid 2000s when housing prices went thru the roof, which lead to the Housing Crisis. If some houses were still valued at $55,000 we’d probably be jumping up and down. But that’s no longer the reality.

@Eric Nunya I know exactly how IronedSilver feels here, because I am in the exact same boat as him. Got my degree, worked hard to earn it, but accumulated enough debt to where it stifled me. I gave up Programming and Game Development for other job fields. I’ve done various odd jobs and I’m looking to work as a Engineer. Talking down to him here solves nothing. It’s why our country isn’t going anywhere. Class actions are a start, but how many Millennials are actually doing this? The courts have enough crap on their hands already. Your suggestion isn’t bad, it just needs some reworking.

@Ironed-Silver Unfortunately this is now happening for a number of “essential” jobs that we need for society to keep intact. The fact that you were turned down just means the entire system is rigged, and it has been for a very long time. Every time I hear of Boomers getting these social security benefits and their perks because they were born at an earlier time, it literally makes my blood boil.

@josephfisher426 This is an extremely small demographic. Everyone not in the top 1 percent in America is getting bulldozed over. We’re fighting for bread on the table, while those rich who represent the top 1 percent are hogging everything to themselves. It’s enough to make me move out of America permanently.

@Xuhybrid It’s not new either. You can take a time machine back to the heinous acts committed during the Ronald Reagan era. So many people here in America still praise him as this great human being, even 30+ years after his presidency ended. Everything he did was intentional. When people finally realized what he was doing decades later, it was already far too late. As far as I’m concerned, America just needs to collapse. All those Americans heading to Mexico aren’t doing it because they want to. They’re moving there because they’re fed up with what their country has turned into.

@16m49x3 It’s been happening since the Ronald Reagan era. Us younger folk who are the Boomers children are paying the price. We’re not going to inherit anything, and this is something we had to find out on our own.
