@JamecBond It already ended. We're basically witnessing the downfall of American and Western Civilization as a whole as we speak.

@Catubrannos This was commonplace with the Greatest Generation (Frank Sinatra). They endured the hardships of the Great Depression and World War II, and were largely responsible to the Postwar Boom they brought to the United States. Starting in the 1960s - 1970s, the tide started to change. Woman gradually become more self entitled and arrogant. Now we can basically guarantee that most men in today's society are weak. Weak to the point where it's the woman coming up strong. But all for the wrong reasons. You will see a lot of what used to be if you go back and watch old movies and tv shows. In a lot of modern movies I've seen, the men argue with the women, but the men just become more weak. That isn't moving society, that is pulling it backwards. Sadly, it's far too late to make the necessary changes.

Some of the best advice you can give her is stay the fuck away from social media. Twitter is a hellhole that caters to the feminist, leftist group. TikTok is basically general stupidity.

@Icipher353 The younger generation has no sense of what the real world is. They all gather round on personal servers on Discord, and bitch about how much they hate the world. They are weak. They have no purpose. They're so weak they can't even form a relationship with a girl, or vice versa. Their hatred of children also applies to their hatred of the opposite sex, because they were brainwashed. As somebody in my mid 30s, I was lucky enough to be able to experience a reality before everything went to shit. America is dying. Canada, Australia, the UK and the rest of the western world is following suit. Somebody said it best. "When America sneezes, the rest of the world gets a whiff of it". This is completely true.

@JamecBond The golden age, depending on who you talk to, was either the 1950s - 1970s, or the 1980s - 1990s. We're over two decades beyond that. The golden age ended with the Dot Com Crash and the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks that followed shortly afterwards.

@justadummy8076 It's already affected the children. They are impressionable. There's a reason why so many kids look up to Kylie Jenner.
6
4Freedom4All Those old women endured real hardships. Many young woman today are overly self entitled as a result of the feminist movement that has been occurring in the United States over the past few decades. Somebody like Kim Kardashian doesn't deserve children. But she has kids, and well, I have to say I feel sorry for them. I blame bad parenting.

You can spend years at college and get the wrong degree. I knew a few guys in their 30s who were working a dead warehousing job because they couldn't get anything with standard business degrees. What I've noticed out of these kids in the 13 - 25 year old age group is how prone they are to automatically block if you come in and make a little criticism. Instagram and TikTok have brainwashed them. Looks mean everything, your skills and talents mean nothing. Getting a Master's Degree will cost most people tens of thousands of dollars, if not more. Sure, you can get a scholarship, but they don't help much. Loans? You still have to pay off the fucking tuition anyway, so you might as well be in debt. They hate kids because they were told to hate kids. They hate America because they are told to. I fucking hate these kids for all the reasons other people do. But at the same time, I feel sorry for them. There is no future, not a good one anyway.

@napoleonblownapart8155 How I miss the days when people had to use dial-up and DSL to get to the internet, on a desktop computer. It was so much better before it was mainstream.
5
She always lied.

@theax40 Not all, but most of them. I refuse to date any girl under the age of 30 for the simple fact that smartphones have made young women overly self entitled and arrogant. There have been enough studies on the internet to prove this. Smartphones were a mistake. If you're some 20 something year old girl who is constantly texting and looking over her smartphone while we're dating, you are automatically a piece of shit to me. They don't care about family, they only care for themselves. And if you try to offer them advice they will either dump your relationship with them, or put you on block on the internet.
4
@johnmurdock5001 They brought about weak men. There's little that is more depressing to me than to see a 40 year old man with the mentality of a manchild, who was never properly taught in how to stand up for himself. My generation is full of them. Generation Z is just following in our footsteps.
3
@SpotofTeaPlease Yes, the 1939 movie was excellent. The one from 15 years ago was a piss poor film not even worth watching.
3
@montycantsin8861 You are forgetting that a lot of jobs were shipped overseas. You basically have to find a specific field with a specific degree to have a decent living now. Retail, Warehouse, Manufacturing, those are all dying. You can work at Amazon nowadays, maybe even get paid well, but you will be slaving at their company until the day you drop dead. They don't give a shit about vacation time or leave because you are sick.
3
Glad to see an older person like yourself commenting on this video. This is probably why a lot of men today are weak. They have to send their wife out but they refuse to do their share of the work themselves. It must be strange to have witnessed the 1960s in full, and seeing the bullshit going on today.
3
4Freedom4All That started with Reagan and George Bush senior. Clinton approved decisions that already moved jobs overseas. My dad worked at Hewlett Packard. Over $16 per hour (which was good back in the 90s), around a month guaranteed vacation time, excellent benefits, and great services. Today you can't even get 10 percent of what Hewlett Packard had. The company is now a dead, hollow shell, just like so many others who shipped their jobs overseas and fucked over the average worker. You can't feed kids mouths with a majority of jobs either. The Baby Boomers got lucky. We didn't.
2
4Freedom4All Millennials got screwed. In today's world you need at least a Master's Degree to get anything decent. That requires you to attend Graduate School after you get your Bachelors, which for most people is four years. A lot of Baby Boomers did not have Bachelors, let alone Masters. Many of them had very good paying jobs in the manufacturing line back in the 1970s and 1980s. It was possible to raise a family with two kids working at a factory, or repairing equipment. Those jobs have all moved overseas to China and elsewhere. Those same jobs that were once plentiful give crap wages and no benefits. The unions are long gone. There's literally no protection for a lot of people. If you call in sick or you have something going on that requires you to take a few days off work, the employers will just fire you. I'm curious to know how old you are, if you are above the age of 50 then perhaps you were around to see the 1980s and 1990s unfold.

@James_36 Most people don't possess critical thinking skills. You're speaking of a minority. People who comment on stuff like this are already the minority. It's just too bad most people aren't going to see the disaster until it's too late.
2
@ventusbruma1039 California? Chicago? New York?
2
@TheMidnightKarneval Completely true.
2
@illegalopinions4082 Jobs were already being moved starting in the 1980s - 1990s. Lots of once plentiful, good paying manufacturing jobs that are no longer possible to get. We let China and India pick up those jobs. We got useless 30 something year old men who can't get anywhere because they picked the wrong college degrees. The corporations moved the jobs overseas. The feminists just proved that fact even more.
1
@msbest9830 Idiots. People who don't do their research.
1
Superficiality.
1
@jamesstuart8271 I have already seen lots of racist comments on Twitter from African Americans who hate white people. Racism never ended. The Civil Rights Movements of the 1960s, while it granted minorities their rights and freedoms, is now mostly seen as a feelgood story prolonging the inevitable. The 1992 LA Riots as a result of the Rodney King beating was a clear indicator racism was far from dead. It makes perfect sense.
1
@simonh6371 Everyone before 1945 is either dead or elderly. Maybe the Lotus Eaters and their supporters should look at Trump as a prime example as someone who just got handed the reigns and not endured hardship. But most right wing conservatives put faith in God and still think Trump is the right person.

Could very well be a big seller, considering how relevant it would be to today's society.
1
All great points. Too bad most people have too low of a attention span to read this wall of text.
1
Most jobs don't give you opportunities to move forward. Careers do. The Dot Com Crash and 9/11 signaled the end of the 'Baby Boomer' economy of the 1980s and 1990s, but we have reached a new low that none of us could of ever imagined. We're not raising our kids for a bright future. We are destroying them.

You're around my sisters age (she is 40) and I grew up with the same ideals that she had, so I can relate a lot to this comment. I have been in personal servers on Discord with a bunch of 14 - 18 year old kids, and it is truly horrifying to hear what they think about their lives and their future. Their self esteem is so horrible it is utterly amazing how they live on a day by day basis. I am convinced they were all fed lies, because of what feminism has done and is continuing to do. Being a man, it has also negatively affected a lot of the males. I tend to feel that many of my peers in their 30s are weak, because they were fed the lies and feel they are helpless in improving their own self esteem. Social media was a mistake. I was glad I grew up in the 1990s before the internet became mainstream. Being bullied when you're 10 - 12 years old on the internet, I can't even think about how that must feel for them. There is so much truth to this comment. Thank You for writing it.
1
It's all about gaining influence and power. What do you think the corporations in America who control at least 90 percent of all the media have done these last several years?
1
It will happen. I guess I got a little lucky.
1
You Baby Boomers were lucky. My dad who is in the same age group was able to land well paying jobs in his early 20s. Had enough to support a wife and two kids with only a few years of college education. Unions are gone. You can work at Dollar Tree for over 10 years, you won't get anything out of it. Wages continue to stagnate with rising inflation. If we have the same job as you did back then, you could barely afford to pay for just yourself. You have to land at least a Master's Degree, if not a Doctorate to be able to afford a wife and three children now. That is a lot of schooling and a lot of training you probably have to endure. It's something that most people in this society cannot afford, and worse, they don't have the time for it. I honestly feel that having a good job that leads to a good standard of living is more about luck than anything else. For a number of us "kids", your generations kids, we're going to be slaving away until we reach the age of 75 years old. A number of us will probably be dead before then.

The problem is self entitlement. This has skyrocketed since the 70s and 80s. The woman who fought for woman rights to vote and fought for equality in the workplace were the real trailblazers. All Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have done is absolutely nothing. They are worthless socialites pandering to the fake Hollywood celebrity culture. People just eat it up. A real female hero and trailblazer would be someone like Amelia Earhart. Rosa Parks was another trailblazer, she fought against something that was blatantly wrong. I couldn’t care less about some stupid Instagram model who is just there for the views and money. That’s what the vast majority of today’s female models are about in a nutshell. They haven’t proven anything. They haven’t moved society forward. All the kids that make up Generation Z just eat it up because they don’t know better. I am inclined to feel that feminists of the 1970s had an actual point. Now, our society is getting dumbed down, thanks to women who are on social media for looks and weak men who can’t stand up to themselves.

Doctors are more important. You can live a normal life without mothers.
1
@jane We need more doctors. Especially with the pandemic still out there.
1
@metacortexvortex2131 Too bad too many people out there are stupid and don't do their own research. One reason why the West is dying and has been dying for a long time.
1
All COVID did was accelerate the problems that were already there. The school system has been broken for decades, and feminism, while it was changed throughout the years, has still contributed to the younger generations being weak. It is any wonder why so many of us look to nostalgia? America is a mess at this point, and nobody is willing to pick up the broken pieces to start anew.
1
Not going to happen sadly. We already went too far to just end it.
1
Real journalism died a long time ago. The so called "journalism" today is really just a smokescreen and a propaganda tool to spread lies.
1
True. As soon as you criticize them, they block you and tell you your opinions are meaningless.
