  5. I can't speak for the UK education system, considering this entire YouTube channel that post videos like this are UK themselves. But this is 100% true regarding America. This system worked up until the 1970s and early - mid 1980s. Then high tech started to enter society and combined with the decline of manufacturing jobs in 1980 to 1985, the shift was already happening. The entire decade of the 2000s can be summed up as a great loss of jobs while America was busy fighting the "War on Terror", as the Bush administration put it. Now you have useless Millennials and Zoomers who are struggling just to keep their house afloat because everything now is high tech and the focus is on it. Anything in the job field that isn't high tech or has some element of it is being phased out. The manufacturing jobs that are left are basically slave labor contracts. You work 50 - 60+ hour weeks in bad conditions and little to no benefits. Baby Boomers came up with a system that promised them good benefits and there were plenty of manufacturing jobs available for them. Now those factory and manufacturing jobs are gone, replaced by useless service and office jobs that are just there for busy work. The younger generations are left with little to no future. It's not their fault at all. It's the administrations and the elites running America who have little care for anyone but themselves.

  11.  @zxyatiywariii8  I'm a 1980s baby and I can tell you from experience that this participation trophy thing was in full swing during the 1990s. I regularly won participation awards because I was rarely ever sick. Out of 180 school days I was only absent for one or two of them. I never got straight As, usually low Bs to low As, and I won probably a dozen participation awards or more. This brainwashed the kids into thinking that all they had to do was attend, regardless of how much their grades sucked or how well they did in extracurricular sports. Probably explains why so many Millennials and Zoomers have such low self esteem, little to no self improvement, and are more or less suicidal. The difference between Gen X and Millennials in how they treat themselves is such a stark contrast. Now Millennials are taking over the workforce and are imposing ideologies that have more or less ruined western society.

  13. Your kids are being brainwashed. They've had to go thru COVID-19 during their formative years, when it's important for children to develop social skills with their peers. Community colleges and high schools in the United States have been defunded and it's been this way for a long time. Universities are hardly any better. Today's generation of kids are being subjected to Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other cancerous social media websites where actual brainwashing content is regularly being posted daily. A 10 year old girl sees some young college woman dancing to something, then she emulates that move. These are impressionable young kids, and the people running our society couldn't care less. I can go back to the 1990s when I was a kid and I just cannot help but think the standards were simply better back then. Nowadays the standards have lowered to the point where kids are being forced to learn diversity, radical views on racial minorities, how LGBTQ works and operates, and how the feminist ideology is superior to anything else. This wasn't accidently. This was carefully planned and executed. Everything that this Podcast Lotus YouTube channel is posting is leftist and far right propaganda meant to divide and conquer. It is everywhere now, and it is one good reason why so many people, especially the kids, are so miserable and depressed.

  16.  @onusgumboot5565  My dad is 68 years old and grew up in California during the 1960s and 1970s. He was already telling me the elementary school system in that state was horrible. Despite bad grades in elementary school thru high school, he went on to have a good career repairing machinery and doing hands on work, fixing mechanical devices and parts. The public schools set up the kids for failure. That is the truth.

  17.  @onusgumboot5565  Those were different times. Nowadays they expect us Millennials to get a Masters Degree or better. A Bachelors does nothing. I know, because I have one myself. I’m in my late 30s, was born in the early - mid 1980s. We’re having to scrap by just to put food on the table. If you cannot get proper training for your field, then you are hosed.

  24.  @regulardude7961  For all the problems Germany has, I still think their education is far superior to the education system we have here in America. The woke idea may be fairly new, but the education system failing the kids is nothing new. As someone who attended middle - high school back in the late 90s and early 2000s, things were already getting pretty bad. I learned a lot more in training for my specific job field than I ever did in high school. The K thru 12 grade system is an absolute joke. Granted, you don’t really discover your true self until college. However, the colleges are really starting to fail as well. Watch how Disney is trying to instill woke nonsense into the children that this same YouTube channel posted. It’s scary.
