  5.  @roca967  A lot of people in the younger generations do not practice this which may explain why so many of them have mental health issues. My grandparents on both parents sides were Catholic, therefore Christmas and other holidays were extremely important to them. They were family oriented. Unfortunately, post modern cyberpunk dystopian, extremist politics and very high inflation have kept my family apart. We are not the family we were 20 - 30 years ago, and it breaks my heart that those big family gatherings are mostly a thing of the past.

  6.  @sevenproxies4255  I don't believe in religion but I also don't consider myself an atheist. I have beliefs of my own and free religion to me is the best approach. There was a time where I sided more with atheists than Christians but I was kicked out of a number of atheist groups after I disagreed with a number of their policies. Tradition is something that the far left wants to destroy, and you can see how it has affected cities like San Francisco, Chicago, London among many others. These days I consider the holidays to just be sheer commercialism pushed by the corporate elite, who also happen to be members of the far left. I'm just fed up with it.

  8. The elites don't care. They're sending billions of dollars over to Ukraine while they let the homeless problem in Portland Oregon, San Francisco and Los Angeles get worse. People like Jeff Bezos only care for wealth and power. If you're not part of the upper middle class or the rich, you are getting penalized. That's what the elite want.

  9. They were already becoming a joke by the time Jay Leno was going to retire from hosting. Such a drop in quality from the days of Johnny Carson, which two entire generations missed out on.
