  6. Leave it to Beaver is one glaring example of what you’re stating here. The ideal American “nuclear family” from the 50’s. Not the actual reality of the time period the show was based on.

You’re not going to get the kinds of marriages men got back in the 1950s - 1980s anymore. Maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll find a delightful young woman willing to settle down with you. But how will you know whether or not she’s cheating on you? How will you know whether she is actually texting her friends ‘I’d rather be with some other guy other than you’? I’m 36. And I’ve reached the point that I’ve given up. I’m not living with a modern feminist, because they have to a degree, brainwashed the Millennial generation.
