  3.  @gillumice5900  Before the “war”, I talked to a Ukrainian who told me it was cheaper for her to fly to her home country to get a medical operation than it was to stay here in the States and do it. She lived in the States also after she came in as a legal immigrant. She decided to get her operation done in Ukraine.
