Gen Z still looks like a group of highschool kids living in their mother’s basement, despite most being well in their 20’s. I stumbled across old family photos from the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s. My parents and grandparents, despite only being in their 20s and 40s respectively, looked old enough to pass for 40s to late 50s. Working with Gen Z can also be a problem. Many cannot take constructive criticism, I work a job where I train young recruits and many of them bow out after a couple months. There is a learning curve with my fast paced job, and Gen Z in general doesn’t have the patience to learn the ropes. In regards to dating, I’ll be turning 40 soon. I have no business dating a Gen Z woman and I wouldn’t date one if you paid me. Millennials on the other hand can also be unstable, but they were raised when the internet wasn’t mainstream. I get along better with Millennial women than I do with Gen Z women. If the Greatest and Silent generations of women were high tier, Gen Z women are bottom of the barrel, believing every ideology that has been shoved down their throats. Every other woman has a tattoo, they have an attitude, they are poor workers, and they absolutely do not care about long term relationships.

You look to be a Gen Z in the nursing profession. My sympathies go to you. It’s really hard for Gen Z men to find any half decent woman.

@bradley6386 There’s a lot of older women who do this as well. Plenty of 35 - 40 year old women who just sit there and make arguments because they feel like it. This is why the dating market is dead. One company or so controls all the big dating apps. Not only that, we now have AI infesting what were legitimate spaces.

@EduardoRSalas I love dogs. Sadly my old dog had to be put down because he was 15 years of age and just couldn’t handle walking. I have more sympathy for dogs than I do for Gen Z women.

@brianlee2646 Yep. We have some 18 - 20 year old women at my job. The first generation iPhone released in 2007. The iPad became popular shortly after. I saw them regularly around 2011 - 2012. These 18 - 20 year old women were age 5 - 7 respectively. Barely past kindergarten age. They had phones for over a decade now. Why else are they unable to keep eye contact and maintain a conversation?

@guitarman0365 There was a time when we had a shared culture. Seinfeld would never get the millions of viewers in today’s paradigm. We all laughed at Kramer. Today we are divided.

@luizperez3357 The problem is 18 - 24 year old women have been brainwashed by social media. Back in the 1990s you could go on a date with a woman and it was usually a more pleasant experience. In highschool and college, the girls weren’t on the internet, many still used telephones to call up their friends and you would hang out at a bowling alley or skating rink.

@bradley6386 Same with my sister. In the 90’s she would tie up our phone line. But it was good practice for conversation.

@davidkunstist7895 MySpace started this trash. I was there when it was big. Over time social media became worse. Gen Z women don’t remember a time before the internet.
