  1. That’s why taking care of yourself is so important. People can become crippled from accidents, from not getting any exercise, or just have a set of bad genes that leave them crippled in their older age.

  2. Sorry to hear about this. I have a friend with physical disabilities and it has been a real nightmare for him to get any real benefits as well as something that isn’t going to price him out of a living. The people on top don’t care.

  3. Just look at old educational videos from decades ago. The kids were smarter and they were expected to be on their own at age 18. College was supposed to be difficult because it had high expectations for students. Many tests contained tough critical thinking questions that forced students to think outside the box. Today you’re just handed generic multiple choice questions and most students cheat, thanks to modern technology.

  7. I don’t really care. Life is too short for this garbage. When you reach a certain point in your life, you stop caring about certain things and focus on things that impact your own life and your community.

  8. ⁠ @izzypizzy23  You’re simply stating that conservatives are mostly good. You should state the differences between Liberal and Democrat and Conservative and Republican. Cognitive dissonance was not a serious issue on the old internet, since it was a free for all libertarian minded space for people to explore and discuss. Corporations run the internet and they actively promote cognitive dissonance on purpose. That’s why Left vs Right is so prevalent now because our elites would rather keep us divided than us working together. Conservatives have no real party of their own. Neither do old school liberals/ classic liberals who still see themselves as left leaning on the political spectrum. One percent controls society. Three to four percent are puppets of that one percent. Guess who the three to four percent are? That’s right, extremists.

  15. All by design. I talk to people who lived in NYC when Rudy was mayor and they all tell me it was a much better place. Now not only have many businesses left and the streets have gotten worse, the NYC bureaucracy has become insane. Just being a New Yorker who is living an average life is an exercise in patience. The cost of living is so high you’re essentially left with either rich people, or those stuck in poverty.
