  1. Well, you're a bit backward, ironically. Brooks is 5'8" and 150. He's arguing that the guy identified someone else because he's off by 10 pounds and 1 inch. Though, with the shoes on and big hair (he shaved it down for the trial), 5'9" was a darned good guess. So, I suppose he's trying to wiggle out of the identification over the 10 pound discrepancy.

He tried to get the trial delayed under this lie about having COVID, claiming to have all of the symptoms, saying he was deathly terrified. But, when offered a rapid test, he kept refusing to take it. Then, when given the result, he doesn't want to read it. This is all part of the repeated theme of gibberish out of this guy. Even to the end, when he said he wanted a mistrial because of the Reddit posting (which he undoubtedly made himself), he just looks for reasons to delay or distract. "I'm super terrified that I have COVID!!!" "OK, we will give you a rapid test." "No thanks, I'll stick with the super slow test. But, I'm super afraid that I'm dying!!" "OK, here's the result." "No thanks, I didn't read it."
