  1. National Geographic should be ashamed to give this ridiculous idea any press. Sorry, but solar roads simply cannot match rooftop panels. A solar road is far more expensive, and far less efficient, than any equivalent effort for rooftop panels. And, except for Batman, nobody is going to drive cars on rooftops. Some of the solar road companies are just investment scams, the rest of the companies are just delusional.
