As a older left of center liberal it has been one hell of a ride the last few years watching the far left turn into the biggest proudest retarded children to ever exist while the once less than fact filled conservative right have solidly put on their big boy pants and started taking a more mature rational and objective approach to dealing with life and the ever deepening proud stupidity of the far left. The far left seems to be terrified of doing real legitimate and honest research, so that they can bring actual topically relevant facts to a debate, while the more right (pretty much everyone to the right of the far left now) is rather good at vetting what either side plays to now rather as how the more objective and rational old liberal approach to debate has been done. Also strange to see the more right is now who is playing their oppositions own emotions against them (and with ever growing success) at every turn too. But then most of the far left is just clueless teens and loser 20 something nobodies anyway, so it's not much of a intellectual power house to begin with. :P

Smart people have a fair understanding of where their strengths are and how to play to them while also limiting the depth of their interactions into the obvious lesser areas of their abilities or lacks thereof. Stupid people tend to not do any of either and are proud as hell to do it regardless of how often it just shows how truly mis/uninformed/self destructive/just dont care idiotic they really are. The political far left sect (not to be confused with the rational, and rather quiet now, liberal majority of the poltical left) being a prime example of that today.
