It was a category 4 and the last one of that size to hit that area happening 1961 and statistically storms similar in size have hit that area at least once every ~ 10 - 15 years now totalling over 40 since official records started being kept in the mid 1800's. SInce 1850 there have been 114 category 4 hurricanes (not including 5 and higher) so statistically a category 4 hurricane is at minimal a 114/169 event or just under 1 a year occurrence. More and more places are going back to the old old school apprenticeship system where how fast you learn your job will dictate how well you get paid and how fast you move up. Sad fact of reality now is no component employer trusts anyone to be remotely capable of what their supposed degree says they can do. A apprenticeship record however, that different. Toss a Resume on the table showing you have 4 years of hands on hard learned skills and abilities in the industry that actually serve a purpose and you get to say what you start at!
