Well yea but it's also because they take advantage of the tax code and people rarely go out to protest for a full tax code re write because it wouldn't really affect them, so really it's up to the legislature to make new codes it's way to simple to say that corporations dont pay taxes when they still do pay taxes not now but they still do they are just holding back before they pay and its usually in the billions to the millions and usually they bring that down by just donating large sums of money to charity or buying land to make reserves we can say the corporations are greedy but they are the ones who have to take flack cause they make that money it's also not cheap to run a multi billion doller company, there are ways to postpone paying taxes but there is no way to not pay taxes being such a large company....

  7.  @davidc1961utube  because no one has tried to revise the tax code or at least overhaul it and the percentage they pay to other countries is mere small percentage to what they pay in taxes they use that tax code to their advantage by just owning stock of their own company and thus selling some of it and getting taxed at only a merely 20%, as for doing the same we can but you would have to start your own company and register for ipo you don't even need to be a multi-million doller company anyone can use it, its just not taught to you or simply have no need in it, since these companies are dealing in the millions tho which they use to pay employees to pay company bills with is always over 60% of their profits on top of that this is before taxes now add 10% in taxes which can be brought down by giving to charity and giving employees benefits of 401ks, medical insurance, dental care, but other then that what about small busines owners who will then pay more taxes and thus less and less competition in the market having a stagnation in the economy its much more complex then big companies not paying taxes.....
