  2. @sarahbrown5073  its is at 103 to 1 dollar first off, secondly BRICS is using ita own currecny causeing a free for all with each other devauling each others currency in the process the buiseness are state runned they can not put their own prices they are registered with the government and have a margin of profit they can make unless it is considered illegal and taken over completly by the government that is the command economy they have woth a splash of capatalisim witch is still controled heavliy and regulated heavily and having high infaltion at 9% is not healthy even the usa who had a massive growth even during covid had at most 4% inflation and the usa and russia can not be compared one can afford its debt the other has a savings account called the natinol wealth fund to cover its so called no debt which is actualy them just taking profit from their only export which is gas the usa is a leader in medicine, weapons, and general tech russia suffers from dutch sydrome
