This is called oligarchy not capitalism. Capitalism is in China & US. That's why India Africa Russia has no value in the world.

Not just narayan every oligarchs in India does that. That's why India isn't like China from 80s era. China govt isn't political party based. It can punish even Jack maa for small issues. China govt doesn't look for elections. It only look for national output & landuse outcome.
