They are Bangladeshi & Burmese mix origin, living there for more than 500 years, its Bangladesh & Pakistan converted poor Hindu rohyngyas by force & greed after ethnic clash in Myanmar against Tamils. Now Bangladesh tried to annex the arakan area.

Otherwise u r not capable of running a country in long run. Indian Army & govt will fix these ethnic problems by segregating them in multiple small states.

  21.  @worlddata8982  Chittagong district is Hindu Bengal states part of India. Got exchanged with a Muslim district with Bangladesh in 1947. Chittagong belongs to West Bengal & Tripura state of India if we return the Muslim district in West Bengal to Bangladesh which helps to connect North & South Bengal of West Bengal state.
