@Angelo Balbi Do u understand IAS IPS r called bureaucrats? We have decreased our bureaucracy & increased police & ground level workers what's ur problem with that? Do we need to ask u how we will manage our systems? Judiciary is slow, that's a concern, as judiciary & administration both r equal powerful so reforms in judiciary system is pending as 2 pillars r not able to come to agreeable reform pattern.

War records of India is defeating Alexander the great & taking Seluecus daughter in marriage as peace treaty by Mauryan Empire. Before that there were small kingdoms & even Xercsys & Cyrus never tried to mess with them like Haryanka & Shishunag dynasty & Punjab kingdom. China doesn't have that kind of war history legacy of defeating the best in the world in their peak time.
