Also for Army & BSF to protect border. Bengal is not the only state, but it's the 6th richest GDP state of India 215 billion, with worlds largest coal mine.Does it gets enough projects from central according to its economic contribution in India? Or other non performing bimaru state gets it needs to be looked into. Why Bengal will take burden of bimaru states of Northeast & Bihar Jharkhand ? Bimaru state ppls should not talk too much on 6th richest state of India even after neglect from central govt for last 75 years.
