@Abhi-lm6js u need to read constitution, State is the owner of state land, state pays Tax money to center for maintenance of railway, keeping railway police for security in state. Also for Army & BSF to protect border. Bengal is not the only state, but it's the 6th richest GDP state of India 215 billion, with worlds largest coal mine.Does it gets enough projects from central according to its economic contribution in India? Or other non performing bimaru state gets it needs to be looked into. Why Bengal will take burden of bimaru states of Northeast & Bihar Jharkhand ? Bimaru state ppls should not talk too much on 6th richest state of India even after neglect from central govt for last 75 years.

@Abhi-lm6js Solution is also provided by state giving tax money for salary of Railway police to stop crimes inside railway boggy & stations,tracks & railway lands inside state of Bengal. Why central doesn't take action on them if they are incompetent in their duty? State is not paying GRP salaries to enjoy train rides only.

@Abhi-lm6js if central govt doesn't give trains which is rightfully Bengal state rights then Bengal will not give tax to central government in return. It works both ways. Whole northeast doesn't have economy equals to west Bengal. Besides there was insurgencies in northeast not in Bengal.
