These words only suitable from mouth of competent companies like Lockheed Dassault Boeing Chengdu aeronautics who can atleast provide basic things to their airforce.   23. Vietnam in Jungle & Taliban inside Torabora makes their basic ammunition. Indian system is not that flexible. U can't fight long wars importing weapons ammunitions, if u don't have domestic capacity to supply ur fighters. Its not about showing white flag, its about avoiding the more casualties u will have due to lack of capacity building in last 70 years. So buying time for capacity building.

Lockheed is very good Aeronautical Company,had all solution for what India needed,but is unlucky for US geostrategic policy towards subcontinent, bcs India doesn't trust US clause & everchanging policy.If Lockheed Martin would have been India controlled company that could have been great for both sides.
