Courts has no jurisdiction in Hindu marriage act & Hindu organisations legality. It's upto Hindus to decide which organisations they give legality.

@logicalindian9227 That registration is given by govt authority based on Hindu marriage act. Judiciary has no business in this matter. Judiciary work is to hear cases of divorce & property issues & legal heirs issues.

@grapeshott Read constitution of India marriage acts. Law is above any police & Judge as well. Bcs they r also civilians. Anyone can file case against them for being oversmart.

@indosanct-rn9sr that's hypocrisy of High court judges in different states. But according to law anyone can marry anyone being adult. No parents & family members can stop it. It's upto both individual.
