  1. can't happen until pax americana ends. the usa drives civil unrest in asia, and encourages places like korea and japan to hate each other, so they stay weakened. the whole "asians hate each other" thing were always controlled opposition from the europeans to keep the area unstable and easy to colonise and the usa does the same with its vassal states
