  1. yeah, the tang dynasty was the peak of china, the absolute golden age, people keep slandering this era but it was literally the best age for china, all most all of its literature and culture came there, also japan was basicly the spirtitual successor to the tang dynasty, most of all their buildings and cultures descended from that era, however after the tang dynasty fell the later emperors destroyed most of their legacy which is why japan was so great and modern china was shit. if modern china was like the tang dynasty it would also be a first world country like japan right now, and it would have had a meiji restoration as well

  2. exactly, this video is propaganda, the tang dynasty was peak china for all time so far even now. its basicly what modern japan took most of their culture and society from, if china stayed like tang, they would have became a major power like japan in the 19th and 20th century.
