@powertothesheeple5422 it was the united states that covered japans warcrimes moron, the united states wanted to use japan to fight china and russia, but they couldn't tell them their past if they did, so it was hidden, same reason why some how people forget the fact that taiwan and south korea were brutal dictatorships that lasted until the ussr collapsed. and simply focuses on their neighbors. perhaps in an alternative universe where the united states collapsed and balkanized in 1991 north korea would have been the democratic one.
