  4. Grumpy reluctant heros are the embodiment of the “knight in sour armor” troupe. Funny enough its the opposite of the deadpan snarker character, because ultimately most of those are tired idealists while the snarkers are always happy but because nothing matters anyways so they are usually nihilists
