  3. My mom stopped drinking but smoked a pack/day with me and i was born at 3lbs. I grew up with smoking in cars and at home. I tried smoking but it makes me feel sick so I quit. Sir/maam, get to a shrink that can prescribe the right meds so you can quit. Stop blaming your mother for your biology and choices. Addiction is a bitch but it's YOUR struggle, no one else's. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you will overcome it.
