  1. Thank you, ET, for letting us know EXACTLY why caffeine is bad for us. I understood from the few times i had that extra cup off coffee, but i didn't understand the proceess and mechanisms for why it is SO bad. Thank you, @chubbyemu for this video. You are doing good work trying to educate us.
