  1. Literally doesn't matter. If both employers are happy with your work, there's no issue. Salaried work is not hour-based. Why is it that employers can insist on unpaid overtime, but you can't overlap regular hours? Hypocrite

  3. ​ @Notsogoodguitarguy you're so wrong about stealing time bc non-exempt workers are literally NOT paid hourly, which is why they don't get OT pay. Non-exempt workers are paid annual salary and is up to the employer to determine (in 49/50 states) if your performance is worth continuing to pay you. If you get your work done, no one will even notice what you do day- to-day.

  4. Salaried ppl do not punch time cards. It's all project based so make the deadline and your fine, even if you have to work extra hours. Companies are exploitative: if you get your work done in 4 hours instead 8, the company gets mad. But if you have to take 12 hours to do the work, they don't pay you extra. You've been brainwashed. Free your mind.

  6. Doctors, laywers, programmers are all exploited when they are new. All the junior ppl in knowledge work are expected to put in 60+ hrs/wk, which is WHY they get paid well or they'd leave and go be accountants for "only" 35 hr each week.
