  1. Squatting is ONLY justified for abandoned property and "abandoned" should be a very high bar. For example, an old cabin in the woods or a barn where the old man died. But then, it should be handled when it becomes a problem and not allowed to linger.

  2. Florida still has the law that you need formal eviction if a tennant or squatter changes their mailing address.
