And I think I remember Clinton telling us all how removing parttime and seasonal workers was going to help business (E4? to E3 in unemployment reports). He literally admitted they were no longer going to consider the most uncertain ppl in our population (besides the elderly who are included in E6, I believe). I was astonished and then i looked it up the numbers and it was about half...significant regardless. How we just accepted this, I don't know. Why it continues, i have no idea.
