  1. ​ @Neuroszima  self report, damn! It's not for everyone but with how much tracking there is, there's no worry about who's doing work. Perhaps you missed all the huge productivity gains during lockdown -- they had to pay bonuses even. If you've got kids at home, maybe that's not the right environment for you. Conversely, my home office has a door and adjustable desk, and most importantly is quiet unlike the constant noise and interruptions of the open office plan next to the support personnel. Should be up to everyone to decide how to work. We are all adults here, i assume.
