  1. Yeah, extraverted ppl and those who do not have to think for a living LOVE going to the office to socialize. I'm here to work, and i need quiet and focus to do it. I get very little done at the office just bc ppl want to ask questions or bounce ideas--all those little interactions that managers think are crucial to the office culture are directly hurting productivity, which is why lockdown was great for profits.
