  2. You are correct. There is a long line of ppl who want to work there so they can do whatever. They have a 150% turnover rate (according to another video from this channel, i think) and no shortage of cash to burn, it seems.

  3. ​​ @looseycanon if you take plumbing jobs when you're an acctant, i don't see how you are competing with the acctg corp at all. They cannot dictate what you do outside their fiefdom.

  4. A few times, I've been "perfect" for a role (cold emails from linked in) and i just screencap that job on my resume and send it back saying, yes, i worked there for over 2 years, and survived X layoffs. I'm not interested, and no one you place there will last so get your % up front.
